By virtue of the Charter of the Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee  resolved to appoint the following persons as follows: As an Advisory Sub-Committee on Sustainable Development according to the proposal of the Chairman of the Sustainable Development Sub-Committee, to be an important mechanism to help supervise the sustainability development of the company,  as assigned by the Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee to be effective and in line with international standards.
