7&i Holdings Presents Top Customer-Centric Service Award (The Uncle Johnny Green Award),
Driving Exponential Growth of 7-Eleven in Cambodia
Mr. Ryuichi Isaka, President and CEO of 7&i Holdings, the parent company of Seven Eleven Japan and 7-Eleven International, along with senior executives, visited the Kingdom of Cambodia on June 18-19, 2024, to visit 7-Eleven Cambodia operations. They were welcomed by Mr. Yuthasak Poomsurakul, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kriengchai Boonpoapichart, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Chairoj Tiwatmuncharoen, Senior Executive Vice President and Managing Director of International Business at CP ALL Public Company Limited.
The group participated in discussions and exchanged ideas on business management and visited stores and warehouse management systems. The 7&i Holdings executives praised CP All’s success in establishing and managing 7-Eleven stores in Cambodia, which have expanded and grown strongly, gaining acceptance from the community and society with quality products and services that meet standards.
On this occasion, Mr. Ryuichi also presented the “The Uncle Johnny Green Award” to CP All (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., with Mr. Chairoj Tiwatmuncharoen receiving it on behalf of the company. This award recognizes the success of 7-Eleven Cambodia in operating a customer-centric business, considering customer needs, and offering products and services to meet customer satisfaction as a priority.
